I start my day with Jesus Always and read the accompanied scripture and that grounds me in faith. And then I practice gratitude for my blessings, from a roof over my head to keeping every member of my immediate family protected, and then I rebuke Satan in the name of Jesus. It keeps me from any desire to sin because the opposite is too good to pass up.
